Spindles
Spindles are used to convert rotary motion into linear motion and are especially suited to be driven by an electronic motor. This translates into a low friction resistance and long lifespan.
We offer the following types:
Ball screw spindles
Features:
- short delivery time
- diameter: 14 mm to 100 mm
- speed: 4 mm to 40 mm/rev.
- length: up to 5.7 metres (depending on diameter and desired accuracy)
- cost effective rolled spindles or an accurate spindle produced with innovative “whirling” and “hard-turning” technique
Spindles with sliding nuts
Specifications:
- diameter: 3.5 mm to 16 mm
- high efficiency at high speeds
- automatic cutoff at low speeds
- suitable for dirty environments
- possibility of lubrication with grease or Teflon coating
- option: specially developed synthetic for extreme temperature variations
- easy adaption to customised dimensions
Spindles with anti-play nut
Specifications:
- no play during the full lifespan due to unique construction
- diameter: 3.5 mm to 16 mm
- high efficiency, low drag, high rigidity
- suitable for dirty environments
- possibility of lubrication with grease or Teflon coating
- low-cost solution for accurate application (in series)
