Integrated servo and stepper motors combine the motor, encoder and controls in one compact housing. This smart integration saves significant space in your control cabinet and simplifies installation and configuration.
Our servo and stepper motors are available as follows. The variant size for stepper motors ranges from NEMA 17 to NEMA 34. The servo motors offer power ranges of 100-400 W as direct current solutions (DC) and a range of 400-4,500 W as alternating current (AC) solutions.
The main benefit of our integrated servo and stepper motors is that they are available in a wide range of products. In combination with MacTalk software, they offer a low-threshold platform for getting acquainted with stepper and servo motors. There is also an option for switching between Ethernet control protocols, meaning that one type of drive can be used for different protocols. This makes the motors widely applicable in, for example, packaging machines.
Integrated servo and stepper motors are used in a wide range of applications. They are particularly suitable for both standalone applications and applications with bus communication. As a standalone unit, the motor is equipped with everything needed to perform simple tasks via I/O. In the case of bus communication, both the bus and the power supply can be looped through. Typical applications include operating industrial valves and, for example, XYZ systems.
