The SLS Series from DINGS’ offers advanced performance across a wide range of applications. The actuators are available in 8 sizes, ranging from 14 mm to 86 mm, and deliver a maximum force of up to 2,400N, depending on the motor selected. Four configurations are available: external actuator, non-captive, electric cylinder (captive), and Kaptive, providing flexibility for various applications. The system supports more than 20 spindles, ranging from 0.0015 mm to 0.127 mm movement per revolution. The stepper motors can be configured in step angles of 1.8° and 0.9°.


The spindles are made of stainless steel 303 and can be coated with Teflon for lower friction and a longer service life. The actuators are designed for an operating temperature between -20°C and 55°C and can optionally be equipped with features such as brakes, encoders, and manual buttons. 

Anti-backlash nuts ensure minimal play and optimal accuracy. Thanks to the robust design, the SLS Series is suitable for applications in robotics, automation and medical equipment, where reliability and precision are crucial. Test conditions highlight the necessity of a 50% force margin for optimal performance.
