BLV series (DC input)

The BLV series is designed for AGV and AMR applications where compact, powerful performance and battery power are essential. With a speed range of 1 to 4,000 rpm and precise speed regulation of ±0.01%, this series offers stable performance even under varying loads.

The integrated controller supports I/O control and communication via Modbus (RTU) or CANopen, enabling flexible operation. Equipped with the MEXE02 software package, the BLV series offers extensive capabilities for positioning and performance optimisation.

To meet various torque requirements, the BLV series provides multiple gear reduction ratios, ranging from 1/10 to 1/200, with different drive options such as inline and parallel solutions.

The motors are designed for easy installation with a single power cable connection and feature an IP40 protection rating, suitable for most industrial environments.

Thanks to efficient energy management and an automatic torque limiter function (ATL function), the BLV series consumes up to 10% less energy, resulting in longer battery life and fewer charging cycles. This makes the BLV series ideal for modern industrial and automated mobile applications.
