ROTERO expands its portfolio with MYACTUATOR, the brand of Jiangsu DINGS for compact, integrated servo joint actuators. With this collaboration, we add a powerful and future-oriented product range for applications such as robotics, cobots, AGV/AMR, exoskeletons and other motion control solutions where compact design, high torque density and precise positioning are essential.

The MYACTUATOR product range perfectly matches the growing demand for smart, integrated drive solutions for modern machines and robots. The program includes high-quality planetary actuators, direct drive actuators and harmonic actuators for applications such as humanoid robots, robotic arms and mobile robotics. With this addition, ROTERO provides its customers access to a broad and innovative drive platform for both new designs and existing automation challenges.

  • RMD-L series: compact direct drive module without gearbox, visible range approx. 0.25 to 0.82 Nm max. instant torque and 680 to 2390 rpm max speed, 14- or 18-bit magnetic encoder, matched driver MC100 with torque/speed/position loop, communication CAN / RS485 and depending on series configuration EtherCAT option, no brake options visible in the supplied section.
  • RMD-H series: hollow direct drive servo actuator without gearbox, peak torque in the visible range approx. 0.9 to 3.75 Nm, rated speed approx. 1600 to 2500 rpm, ABS-17bit single encoder, standard without brake in the visible models, communication CAN and depending on series configuration also EtherCAT option.
  • RMD-X series: BLDC/servo with planetary gearbox, gear ratios approx. 6:1 to 36:1 and in V4 approx. 12.6:1 to 28.17:1, peak torque approx. 3 to 450 Nm, rated speed roughly approx. 40 to 400 rpm, backlash 10 to 15 arcmin, single or dual encoder, brake on request, communication depending on version via CAN bus / RS485 / EtherCAT.
  • EPS-RH series: integrated harmonic actuator, visible gear ratios 50:1 and 100:1, torque visible up to 229 Nm peak, rated speed approx. 18 to 36 rpm, backlash <20 to <40 arcsec, single or dual ABS-17bit encoder, with or without brake, communication CAN bus and in dual encoder version also EtherCAT.
