Magnet-Schultz is introducing a renewed generation of rotary solenoids. The first two sizes, 60 mm (counterclockwise rotation) and 25 mm (clockwise rotation) with a rotation angle of 35°, are now available directly from stock in 24 V / 100% duty cycle. Additional sizes and voltage variants are available on request.

The solenoids are not only mechanically interchangeable with previous versions but also technically optimised. Thanks to an improved insulation system in thermal class F, they deliver higher performance and increased torque. In addition, the new generation fully complies with the RoHS directive.

A clear visual difference is the switch from a painted coating to a galvanised finish. This durable treatment offers better protection and makes the latest design easy to recognise.

Proven principle, technically renewed

Rotary solenoids are a reliable and cost-efficient drive solution for fast and precise small-angle movements. Magnet-Schultz has offered a versatile range for many years, with diameters from 25 mm to 75 mm and rotation angles of 35°, 65° and 95°. Variants are available with or without return spring, and in both clockwise and counterclockwise versions. Ask for product GDAY060X20C25.

The technical redesign is the result of years of continuous development in customer-driven projects. These improvements have now been implemented in the standard programme, increasing performance while also offering attractive price advantages.
