We are pleased to introduce Concens’ latest products: the UW 100 series actuators, represented by Rotero in the Benelux!
Stainless steel 316 linear actuator operating at a depth of 100 metres
These high-quality actuators have been specially developed for underwater applications at depths of up to 100 metres. Made from stainless steel (AISI316) and fitted with extra seals, they offer unrivalled protection against high water pressure. The UW100 series includes models such as the con35/icon35 and con50/icon50, available in both 24VDC and 12VDC variants.
Specifications of the con35 actuator:
- Motor: 24 VDC permanent magnet motor, 1.8 ADC (2.5 ADC for icon). Absolute maximum voltage is 28 VDC.
- Maximum load: From 300N to 1900N depending on the transmission ratio (19, 27, 51, 71).
- Speed: Up to 12 mm/s at maximum load.
- Material: Made of stainless steel (AISI316) with additional seals for protection against high water pressure.
- Stroke length: Maximum 400 mm.
Specifications of the con50 actuator:
- Motor: Available in 24 VDC (8A, 7A, 4.5A) and 12 VDC (16A, 14A, 9A) options. Absolute maximum voltage is 28 VDC.
- Motor: Available in 24 VDC (8A, 7A, 4.5A) and 12 VDC (16A, 14A, 9A) options. Absolute maximum voltage is 28 VDC.
- Speed: Up to 20 mm/s at maximum load.
- Material: Like the Con 35, made of stainless steel (AISI316) with extra seals to protect against high water pressure.
- Stroke length: Maximum 400 mm.
