Details

Unimotion’s ball screw driven linear units are equipped with a precision ball screw drive with reduced backlash and an integrated backlash-free rail guide system within the profile. Thanks to their compact dimensions, these units offer high load capacity and stiffness. They can be easily combined to create multi-axis systems.

CTV linear units

Linear unit with two parallel, integrated backlash-free rail guides offers high load capacity and optimal performance when moving heavy loads at high speed.

MTV linear units

Linear unit with a single integrated backlash-free rail guide. The slide, with a central lubrication port, allows easy central top-up lubrication of the ball screw and ball rail guide system, with the option of attaching additional accessories on the side. To achieve higher speeds and longer strokes, a ball screw support system can be integrated.

The MGBS is a mini linear unit with an integrated high-precision ball screw drive. Excellent performance characteristics such as high speed, good positioning accuracy and repeatability are achieved through the use of a high-precision ball screw drive and linear guide system.
