Tilt switches
A tilt meter is used in situations where accurate position determination and/or constant monitoring of the angle relative to gravity is necessary. It measures the angle relative to a horizontal position, using the imaginary line to the centre of the earth as a reference.

Product description
The tilt switches from DIS Sensors are based on MEMS technology and smart algorithms in microcontrollers. This allows the realisation of single axis or 2-axis switches with any desired switching angle. The output can be NPN or PNP. A SIL1/Plc version completes the range. Optionally, a configurator is available to configure the sensor (angles, delay time, filtering).
