Details
The PBDC series combines a brushed DC motor with a planetary gear reducer. The system delivers a transmission efficiency of up to 90% in a single stage configuration and offers a service life of over 10,000 hours thanks to low internal friction.
The reduction ratios range from 3.65:1 to 394:1, making the range suitable for various applications such as dispensing machines, linear actuators and tools.
The motors offer good acoustic performance (60 dB) at high speeds of up to 3,000 rpm. The assemblies can handle a maximum torque of 50 Nm and radial loads up to 520 N.
The PBDC series offers models in diameters from Ø 32 mm to Ø 120 mm, tailored to specific project requirements.As a result, the series combines power, precision and versatility in a compact design that is widely applicable in both standard and demanding technical environments.
