EVER series (integrated stepper motors)

With over 45 years of experience in the field of industrial automation, we design and produce stepper motors in-house on our own production line, where we customise them extensively to match specific customer needs and enhance their capabilities for use in various conditions. Ever e-Motion Solutions high-efficiency stepper motors, optimised in terms of their energy consumption and environmental impact, are available in a wide range: from motors with less than 1 Nm (Nema 08, Nema 10, Nema 11, Nema 17) to the most powerful Nema 23, Nema 24, Nema 34 motors and Nema 42 motors from 30 Nm upwards.
They are CE and RoHS certified, and UL certification is also available for some motor types.

At the specific request of the customer, our stepper motors can be extensively customised and supplied with the following:

• Gearbox
• IP65 protection
• Incremental encoder or absolute multi-turn encoder (without battery)
• Magnetic encoder
• Special connectors and wiring
• Custom couplings and pulleys
• Integrated safety brake.
