EC fans

‘Intelligent’ fans perform much better than conventional fans without relying on sensor control. Additionally, they consume less energy and are particularly environmentally friendly. Most fans rely on external sensors and outdated controls to monitor power and speed.

The EC fans supplied by Rotero are available in crossflow and axial designs.

The axial fans from Soler & Palau are available in diameters from 200 to 450 mm with a 0-10 volt control.

The crossflow fans with EC motor technology are custom-produced by Jin Yih Shyang (JYS) and are available with impeller diameters from 25 to 150 mm Ø and up to nearly 2000 mm in length in single, double or triple blower configurations.

Details

Jin Yih Shyang was founded in 1993 and designs and produces crossflow fans in-house. Rotero has supplied JYS products for 25 years, to the complete satisfaction of our customers in Europe and North America.

In addition to offering a range of AC and DC crossflow fans, JYS is a leader in EC motor technology. The 3-phase EC motors, combined with the highest achievable aerodynamics, are extremely quiet.

The new AMAX axial fan series is the latest generation of fans from Soler & Palau. This new line stems from Soler & Palau’s extensive experience and high level of expertise in ventilation technology. By using the most advanced tools for aerodynamic research and their extensive knowledge of electronics, they have developed a series of axial fans with efficiencies and noise levels that put them at the top of their category.

The AMAX series has impellers made from high-quality reinforced polyamide plastic. In combination with the external rotor motors, they meet the stringent requirements demanded by customers.

The AMAX impeller is lighter than many other brands, offering a significant advantage in terms of vibration reduction.

The AMAX series is available with or without accessories.

The BMAX series from Soler & Palau comprises fans with backward-curved blades and is available in sizes from 160 to 225 mm.
