The Easy 301-523 series PLCs from Inovance offer powerful and compact solutions for various automation applications. These controllers are suitable for both simple pulse control and complex motion control via EtherCAT and Ethernet/IP. The models support up to 32 synchronised axes and a maximum of 72 EtherCAT slaves.
They can be extended with GL20 modules for digital I/O, analogue I/O, temperature meters, relays and a wide range of bus communication protocols. The I/O connections are cleverly designed for tool-free wiring and quick assembly.
The range of programming languages – LD, SFC, ST, and FB/FC – offers high flexibility. For storage, 2 MB of data is available and the execution time is only 1.6 ms per 20k steps. Suitable for high-precision applications, including interpolation and CAM movements.
