Concens C2-30

The C2-30 controller is designed for the simultaneous operation of two Concens actuator(s) in parallel. Synchronisation is achieved by adjusting the speed of the actuator(s) during operation. If synchronisation is not possible, the actuator(s) stop, preventing potential mechanical stress and breakage. Additionally, the C2-30 controller features a current limiting function and protection against overheating caused by the power current. The C2-30 controller has adjustable start and stop ramps for smooth operation.

The C2-30 controller only works with actuator(s) equipped with Hall sensor(s). Basic operation is initiated with forward, reverse and stop commands, both in continuous and pulse mode. The calibration input is used to move the system to its initial position at low speed.

A wide range of parameters can be adjusted to meet different requirements and applications. The parameters are set via the user-friendly C2-PROG interface or via the C2-USB dongle in combination with a computer. Both must be connected to the red connector on the PCA.
