Concens C2-20

The C2-20 controller provides advanced positioning and control of actuators through simple and flexible integration with the application. The controller is specifically designed for use with Concens electric inline actuators in applications where precise positioning is required.

The C2-20 features adjustable start and stop ramps for smooth starts and stops. It is only compatible with actuators equipped with Hall sensors.

Adjustable current limits in both directions protect the motor against an overcurrent condition. In the learning mode, the controller counts the number of Hall pulses during a full stroke of the actuator, ensuring precise positioning during normal operation.

The position of the actuator is controlled by a DC voltage between 0 – 5.4 V or 0 – 10.8 V to the C2-20. Adjustments and parameter settings, such as current limit values, ramp times, speed, etc. can be set with the C2-PROG interface unit or the C2-USB dongle connected to a PC. Both must be connected to the red connector on the PCA.
