Concens C2-10

The C2-10 is designed for controlled on/off operation and direction reversal of Concens actuators. This controller features advanced current limiting functions that restrict the actuator’s current during start-up, braking and when blockages occur, resulting in optimal protection for the motor and application.

The C2-10 is equipped with a fault input and output that indicate faults or an overcurrent status and that can be used to stop the actuator, for example, via an emergency stop. This controller is only suitable for actuators without Hall sensors.

The start and stop ramp times are individually adjustable, allowing the motor voltage to be set for a smooth start and stop, tailored to the application. When the C2-10 receives no power, the motor is dynamically braked with via short-circuit braking, i.e. the motor poles are connected to each other.

The inputs for forward and reverse motion can be easily set to work with a positive or negative voltage by adjusting a jumper.
