C2-30-SPF
The C2-30-spf is designed to allow parallel control of two actuators. Drive operation is synchronised based on the actuator pulse feedback signal. Synchronisation is achieved by adjusting the actuator speed during operation. If the adjustment cannot compensate for the imbalance between the actuators, the motors are stopped. This approach avoids mechanical stress and breakage. Additionally, the driver includes a current limiting function and a temperature limit for the power phase. The driver works with actuators that can provide a pulse feedback signal. Pulses can be sourced from Hall sensors, reed switches or other types of switch that generate 0 and 90° pulse chains. The driver can be set to read negative or positive pulses. The power phase of the driver operates with PWM (pulse width modulation), resulting in high efficiency and low losses in the power phase.
This SPF firmware version uses an analogue SET signal, after which the driver operates as a servo driver and positions the actuators at the same value as the set value. The range of the set value can be adjusted with parameters. The driver also supports SAFETY-SWITCH with line monitoring, and the SAFETY REVERSE time can also be set with parameters. This device is also designed to work with RS-485 Modbus. It can be controlled, configured and monitored via Modbus. Separate instructions are available for Modbus use.
The parameters are set with a user-friendly C2-Prog interface unit.
