BDC Series

The BDC series offers a combination of compact design, high energy efficiency and excellent torque and speed control. The motors incorporate permanent magnets, with an optional graphite or metal-graphite brush configuration.

The nominal torque ranges from 6.64 mNm (for 8 mm models) to 0.27 Nm (for larger 63 mm models), with speeds up to 3200 RPM. Their low noise level (<50 dB), high reliability, and long service life (>2500 hours) make them suitable for various applications such as linear actuators and systems with planetary gearboxes.

With an operating range of -30°C to 85°C, these motors are versatile and robust. They can be further customised with gearboxes, encoders, brakes or plug connections, depending on project requirements. These motors deliver reliable performance in demanding environments and offer flexibility for bespoke solutions.
