Product description
With the QR series angle sensors, you can measure an absolute angular displacement from 0° to 360° without a mechanical end stop. Two types of housings are available:
- QR30 and QR30N angle sensors
- QR40 angle sensors
In the QR30 series angle sensors, the sensor and magnet are mounted separately. The customer can mount the magnet supplied with the sensor on their rotating shaft (on-axis). The maximum distance of 3 mm between the magnet and the sensor provides sufficient space for mechanical tolerances under extreme conditions. For a wide range of applications, various outputs are available with a 10 or 12-bit resolution. In the QR30 series angle sensors, the back of the sensor is sensitive, while in the QR30N it is the nose of the sensor.
In the QR40 series, the magnet is integrated on the rotating shaft within the housing. The standard shaft is D-shaped. The QR40 angle sensor also has a zero input, allowing zeroing after installation to ensure a non-critical assembly procedure.
