The AC800 series IPC motion controllers from Inovance are designed for precision control in demanding industrial applications. The controllers support up to 256 axes and feature dual EtherCAT ports for redundancy or separate networks. Equipped with powerful Intel processors, including an i5 option, they offer cycle times up to 500 µs.
The devices support multiple communication protocols, including Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT and Ethernet/IP, and are fully compatible with legacy equipment. The advanced programming capabilities include motion control, CAM, CNC and robotic functionality via the CODESYS platform.
