The CON60 is an enhancement to the CON35 and CON50 product line, catering to a broad spectrum of applications. With a powerful motor/gear combination, it supports industrial hoisting, push-pull, and lifting movements up to 10,000 N, making it suitable for diverse environments, including marine, care, and rehabilitation settings.

- IP66 protection class (optional IP68 and IP69K) for indoor and outdoor applications
- Ambient operating temperature range: -5 to +50°C; ‘Eskimo’ variant handles temperatures as low as -40°C

The standard model features a powder-coated steel motor and actuator tube, stainless steel connecting rod, and aluminium front and rear brackets. Mounting brackets are available in stainless steel or PA, optionally with clevis mount or spherical bearings. Both aluminium and stainless steel brackets withstand static loads up to 16800 N.
Variants:
These 60 mm outer diameter linear in-line actuators offer maximum stroke lengths from 50 to 750 mm, with custom lengths available on request. Speed at maximum load ranges from 31 mm/s (1:19 gear ratio) to 5 mm/s (1:100 gearing), corresponding to maximum loads of 1900 N and 10000 N respectively.
For hazardous environments, an ATEX-certified variant for zone 22, Group II 3D is available. Customization options include specified RAL colors, non-standard stroke lengths, customer-specific mounting dimensions, and special mounting brackets with custom cables/connectors.
